For Your Information.... Saturday, May 1: Spring Tea & Quilt Show
at Old Mill Village Church on the Green, midtown Park, New Milford, Pa

     A relaxing time, enjoying a generous selection of teas, and a delightful buffet of light fare. The church sanctuary will be filled with a spectacular display of quilts Donations gratefully accepted.

Saturday May 29: Homesteading
Hours 12pm - 5pm

     Homesteading is a growing trend throughout the country. Join us in a celebration of our agrarian roots! Modern homesteading families will share their knowledge of beekeeping, cheesemaking, food preservation, livestock husbandry, maple syrup production, gardening, weaving and much more. An exploration of homesteading techniques from the distant past through present day "back to the land" ideals will round out the days events.

     Harken back to the days of pioneers and trappers. See primitive encampments,muzzleloading shooting competition, enjoy fun and games from "back in the day." Demonstrations of early skills and survival.

Saturday & Sunday, July 24 & 25: Wild West Town

     The gunslingers are back! The Shadows of the Old West troupe will put on performances both days, bringing entertainment and the history of the cowboys to the Village.

August 16th thru 21st: Stop by the Old Mill Village display at the Harford Fair!

     Harvest time activities for the whole family. Plus, the Village is again inhabited by our "Pumpkintown" friends, a traditional delight of the season.

     The War Between the States shaped our history and changed life for many in our area. The Village will be filled with soldiers' encampments. Battle re-enactments each day.

Fridays & Saturdays , October 8 - 9 & 15 - 16: Historic Ghost Walks of PA

Special admission rates: $5.00 ages 6 and up, under age 6 free.
     Take a spine-tingling nightime candlelight tour of the Village, while being thrilled by tales of ghosts and hauntings from our area and around the state of PA. Your shivers will not be from the chilly weather! Cider, hot chocolate and donuts provided at the end of the tours. Tours start about every 20 minutes throughout the night. Reservations recommended for parties of 10 or more.

Friday, October 22: Paranormal Encounters

     Bring your paranormal investigation equipment and spend two hours in the Grove School *and* the Lodge.

Let your inner witch come out for Old Mill Village's first Witches' Tea. Dress in your finest witch attire to sample a wicked variety of teas and delightfully decadent treats. Take a peek into your future, if you wish, with a Tarot Card reading (for an additional fee). Reservations are required for this event.

Saturday, December 11: Victorian Christmas and Tea
at Old Mill Village Church on the Green, midtown Park, New Milford, Pa

     Enjoy an elegant interlude during the pre-Christmas rush. Relax with friends while tasting delectable treats and a variety of teas (or hot chocolate). Afternoon tea served all day. Donations gratefully accepted. Silent auction of gift baskets that will make wonderful holiday gifts - if you can part with them! Funds raised help maintain the church.
